Should you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to a manufacturing problem, email or call us immediately. Once you've contacted us for approval on the return, please repackage the item(s) very carefully to avoid any damage, then ship them back to us via Priority Mail within 10 days of the purchase date.
We will not refund monies, or exchange candles due to a disliked scent.
Scent with Love Candles is NOT responsible for any shipping costs associated with returned merchandise.
